MIXSEAL BTN
Introduction
MIXSEAL BTN is a single component; Polymer modified bitumen cold applied elastomeric joint sealant with selected grade of bitumen with fast drying solvent. It is non-slump sealant with excellent adhesion to concrete, brickwork, asphalt and most construction materials. Mixseal BTN is black in colour, is a blend of rubber and high quality bitumen carried in a hydrocarbon solvent to improve the application properties and exhibiting a nonslump consistency, cures to by solvent release to form a tough flexible water proof seal.
Appropriation
- Sealing structural joints concrete pavements, bridges and building structures, both horizontal and vertical where medium level movements are expected.
- It can be used for roof flashing, counter flashing roof tile joints
- Sub ways and basement structures
- Sewage disposal / sea walls and irrigation canals
Packing & Storage
Mixseal BTN is available in 20 Kg Pail . Shelf life is 12 months in closed can to be stored in a dry and cool condition.
