MIXGUARD AC XTRA

Introduction

Mixguard AC Xtra is a two component fibre reinforced acrylic Polymer modified cementitious flexible water proofing system based on selected liquid polymer, reinforcement fibre and powder. Mixguard AC Xtra is widely used for water tightness works, protection of concrete, water proofing of masonry structures, marble and other construction materials. Mixguard AC Xtra is reinforced with polypropylene reinforcement fibre which gives a durable, crack free, shrinkage compensated film after application. It gives excellent results in providing barrier for waterborne salts and chloride attacks. Mixguard AC Xtra has high resistance to the effects of long term weathering durable in all climatic conditions including UV attack.

Packing & Storage

Mixguard AC Xtra is available in 20kg kit Part A (Powder): 15 kg (Selected cements, Reinforcement fibre, graded polymer fine silica and fillers) Part B (Liquid): 5kg (Modified acrylic co-polymers) For site installations or mass consumption, deliveries shall be made in bulk custom designed containers/ storage tanks. Mixguard AC Xtra should be stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product must be stored in cooled ambiance. Excessive humidity and over exposure to UV will result in the reduction of shelf life.
